What can I expect from Haunt O’Ween?

An all ages friendly expansive spooky-fun Halloween experience

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at 6100 Topanga Canyon Blvd. Woodland Hills CA 91367

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an outdoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The path takes about 45-60 minutes if you engage in the activities, but you are welcome to stay and hang out in the food and drink area for as long as you’d like!

Is there air conditioning?

Haunt O’Ween is outdoors and subject to weather conditions

Will there be strobe lights?

Yes, in designated areas

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, and plenty of it! (Not included in the ticket price)

Can I take photos or record the experience?

We encourage you to take as many photos and videos as possible

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Yes.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes.

Are there vegan or gluten free options available?

Yes.

Are the rides for all ages?

No, all the rides are meant for children only.

Carousel: No one Under 36". If an adult has to accompany a child on the ride, they can use the seated carts on the ride. (Only 2 pairs of adult/children combos on at a time)

Can I take a Pumpkin home?

Pumpkins will be available to buy at the event.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Tickets are available at the door until the event reaches its max capacity.

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store.
On the Fever website.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

I can't make it to any of the dates. Will there be additional sessions?

We may potentially announce additional sessions. Stay tuned!

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

Changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Haunt O’Ween, Presented by Experiential Supply can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking or do you offer discount for groups?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us

**Is there cash accepted at the event? **

No, the experience is cashless, and will only take cards.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes ahead of the time stated on your ticket. If you booked at 9pm ticket, we recommend arriving 30 minutes ahead of time to fully enjoy the space.

What happens if I arrive late?

Staff will do their best to accommodate your arrival in a timely manner; however, gates will close at 9:05pm nightly.

Can I bring animals?

Furry friends are welcomed but must be leashed.

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes.

Is there an age requirement?

Hauntoween welcomes guests of all ages! Children under the age of 2 go free of charge

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available in the lot off of Erwin Street.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

No outside food or beverages are allowed. There is a zero tolerance for smoking. All guests must pass through metal detectors and bag check before entering.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Yes.
